Hello everyone! Greetings once again, or the first time if you are
new.....it is hard to believe, especially with all the rain, that it
is almost time for summer swim team to start! I wanted to send this
out to you, reiterating dates and times and also get those of you who
may still need a team suit the order form. Also, this is my first
stab at the 2008 email list. So, if you have another email (spouse
or other) you would like me to add to the list, please let me know,
or one I should remove please let me know that as well!

**********REGISTRATION
OK, first up is registration. Thanks to all of you who came out on
the 14th! I was pleased to see we will have almost the entire team
returning this year, as well as some new members. Please, if you
have not gotten your registration in to miss Jayne please do so. And
remember your child cannot practice with us until I have received the
insurance form from her and send their info to Md swimming. Which
means, you cannot come on the first night of practice and hand me the
form and have your child swim, as I must send the info turned in
first. So get those forms in now!

**************TEAM SUIT
Attached is the suit order form for Metro. The last day they are
taking orders for the team suit imprinted with the logo is May
30th. After that you can order the suit but it will be solid color
with no logo. Metro's phone number is 443-891-0800. I have found
them to be very helpful and accommodating for whatever you
need! Also we have caps for sale this year for $3 each. (Through
me, not Metro).

*****************Practice Schedule
The first day of practice will be June 2. Here is the schedule:

Practice Times

June 2nd 2008 thru June 12th 2008
No evening practice on June 6th or 13th
4:00pm to 4:45pm 13 & Over, new swimmers and 6 & under
4:45pm to 5:30pm 7-12 year olds

June 16th 2008 to July 18th 2008
8:15am to 9:15am 7-12 year olds
9:15am to 10:15am 13 & Over, new swimmers and 6& under

July 21st to July 25th Practice times could be combined for Championship meets
8:15am to 9:15am 7-12 year olds
9:15am to 10:15am 13 & Over, new swimmers and 6& under

Remember the ages are approximate, and for the first two weeks we may
be moving swimmers around to best accommodate what they need for training.

*************MEET SCHEDULE
Who we are swimming on what weeks has not been finalized to my
knowledge, since one of the teams dropped out of our division this
year. However the dates are the same as advertised:

Sat. June 21st
Sat. June 28th
Wed July 9th
Sat. July 12th
Sat. July 19th

More info on the meets will be made available as soon as I get
word! Also remember the week after July 19th will be the bronze,
silver, and gold meets.
