Buying, Renting, and Selling Bonds

All you ever wanted to know. Please reference these posts for instructions and policies. Going forward the board will no longer keep lists of members who wish to sell or rent their bond. Our website provides members with forums where they may list their bonds for sale or rent under "Marketplace".

Bonds For Sale

We have very few bonds left for sale. At $500 a piece, a real steal. Admiral Heights residents only. Contact Maria Lebow, Membership Coordinator.

	May 24 to June 30, August 1 to September 1 Every Day 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
	July 1 to July 31 Sunday thru Thursday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Friday and Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

The 2009 season will soon be here. It should be a great year, and we have some important rehab work that started last fall and will be finished in the spring for both pools. If you have questions about pool bond rentals and sales please check out the links on the left, and feel free to email us at questions@admiralheightspool.com. Bonds for sale and rent will be advertised in the forum "MarketPlace" -- check it out.

Applications forms for renter and bond sales can be found in the downloads section.

CONTACT US at questions@admiralheightspool.com. During the off-season there is no phone number available except in emergencies, and that is available on the right-hand section of this page under "Contact Us".
ALL FORMS CAN BE FOUND IN DOWNLOADS SECTION. There is a menu on the left hand side of the section for the various download galleries: swim team, membership, etc.
ADDITIONAL BONDS ARE UP FOR SALE TO NON-RESIDENTS! There are only 2 so you'd better act quickly.
2009 DUES WERE RAISED TO $425 FOR MEMBERS, $625 FOR RENTERS
CALL FOR BOARD MEMBERS. Several current board members will be ending their service in 2009. Please consider joining; Admiral Heights Pool depends on volunteers for its operations.
There are no longer forums open to the public. This resulted in too much spam. You must apply for an account and be approved before you may post to the site. The public, however, may read the Marketplace forum to facilitate bond sales and rentals. If you are concerned about spam when posting your email address on a public forum, just get an account from hotmail or gmail for this purpose, and then abandon it when you are finished.
